Delivery in the UK is FREE
All orders are sent 1st Class by Royal Mail signed for and tracked or by Hermes Courier services for next day delivery in the UK. Most in-stock items are sent within 24 hours of ordering. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once products have been dispatched they normally arrive in 2-3 days. Please allow 3 working days - eg, if you order on Monday it would be posted the following day, therefore you would receive it by Thursday. The three working days delivery time doesn't include the day you ordered it or Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
URGENT Orders. We may be able to help so please use our contact us form. Send us the product name and date when you require it by.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Please make sure that the delivery address you give is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
Items sent by Royal Mail will be held at your local sorting office and a card will be left with advise about re-delivery.
Recorded delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery and signed for will be held for 3 weeks, after which time it wil be returned to us.
Alternative couriers will leave a relevant card that will inform you of how to have your parcel re-delivered and how long it will be held before returning to us.
The items in the order you place with us are thoroughly checked before they leave our premises and we make sure they are in perfect condition for immediate wear.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
In the unlikely event of non-delivery we will endeavour to resolve where in the chain this happened and take action quickly to remedy it.
If a package has been returned to us because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending will be made by the customer.
