Returns

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.   If you aren’t, we are happy to accept your return or exchange.

Simple 3 step Return Policy.

Step 1.

Send us a returns email within 7-14 days of delivery of your item and we will start the process.

Step 2.

We will email you to confirm that we we have received your Returns form.

Step 3

Send your item(s) to us within 30 days.

We accept all unwashed, unworn, and unaltered merchandise; and it must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks; additionally,

 *i. With both goods and packaging in their original condition
  ii. original tags in place
 iii. Securely wrapped
 iv. Including our delivery slip
  v. The subsequent postage is met by the customer

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Most returns will process in 2-3 weeks. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Once your Return is processed, you will receive an email alerting you that your Return is complete.

IMPORTANT! We recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, or send your goods by Recorded Delivery as proof of your returned item being sent to us.

You are obliged to keep all items delivered in your possession until you return them to us and to take all reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession.

If you fail to do this we may have a right to claim compensation from you. If you do not return the items within 30 days of cancelling your order we reserve the right to arrange for their collection at your cost which cost may be recovered by deducting the relevant sum from the refund due to be credited to you.

This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

a. The item(s) cannot be Earrings, personalised gifts which, due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or returned.

b. Sales taxes and import duties for all non EU countries will not be refunded.

Delivery charges, return postage and gift boxes/wrapping/gift message charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty. Please take care to wrap the items securely and re-use protective material so damage does not occur in transit.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned within 30 days.  Follow the 3 simple return steps above. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email alerting you that your return is complete.  Most returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks.


Final Sale Returns

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged, and are not eligible for price adjustments. They will be clearly marked.


Exchanges

You may exchange items within 30 days of your order. Before sending, please see the 3 simple step process above. Shipping charges do apply to exchanges, and are your responsibility to pay.
